It's fine if you wanted to give Shiki parkour like assassin creed in your story since Shiki been doing similar things in Akiha's route in Tsukihime like running on wall and ceiling.
Yeah. Nasuverse right now are filled with Fate's stuffs. It's unfortunate for his other works and for fans to find out more about lore for his others works beside Fates. Though it can't be helped since newer audience mostly know and prefer Fate's series. I've seen fans that only know Ryougi Shiki as "servant" rather than what she really are.
You can however reexamined the VNs and Tsukihime manga. Especially the manga. Both Nasu and Takeuchi praise it highly. In an interview, Nasu once said that he wish he could write as good as Sasaki (the writer of the manga) back when he wrote Tsukihime. In contrast to what he felt about Prisma Illya.
