Angelica, Eliza, Laurens, and Maria are all victims who never stood a chance against Alexander's charm. I feel bad for all four of them.

This is probably pretty close to canon. In "Burn," Eliza refers to Maria as "this girl." She knows that Maria is just another victim, just like her and her sister. This was beautifully written. Great job!
