I really love your story but I just wanted to say
The symbiote Shouldn’t be used the same as with Peter Park Spider-Man.
My Reasoning behind it
1 He not a normal human aka from different world
2 he has the nine tails in him
3 the curse seal
With those three Reasons I feel safe to say the symbiote wouldn’t Behave behave the same as Canon/Source Material

Naruto already has experience with outside sources of hate and anger, he should be able to control Venom (can't forget Kurama, there is no way the fox would be taken over by Venom).
Naruto , i imagine, should always try to stay in committed relationships, he has too much love to give, it's the "Parker Luck" tht should ruin his love life.

I knew it! God I missed this version of Spiderman. I grew up watching those older Spiderman movies! Now the only question I got is this, is this venom like the one from the movie VENOM, or is it from Spiderman 3 I wonder? I can't wait to find out!

The no chakra stuff is the most irritating nerf I see in stories as it basically makes Naruto feel like an OC. If you didn't want Naruto with chakra, you could have made him born in the marvelverse rather than do it this way. It's even more annoying that he never dies despite having all his chakra taken away from him. He just arrives in the new world and is made weak as fuck because 'he lost his chakra' as if chakra is the only reason why he's powerful. It doesn't feel like Naruto at all. There are better ways to make Naruto less OP than take his power. You could have brought him at 12 or before he learnt sage mode. He's not ridiculously powerful at that time. You can't bring a war arc Naruto and then nerf him in such a manner for the sake of plot. It's an interesting story from what I've seen but the losing chakra stuff is a massive turn off

Welcome back with my favorite black Spiderman costume glad that you are back in action,with the Defenders more characters have been introduced. I still think this is best Spiderman /Naruto crossover I have read. I like that you keep Naruto consistent with his character while not losing the essence that makes him Spiderman, while bearing the mantle of Spiderman. On the relationships well he should play the field for a while considering his lifestyle before he commits to anything too soon again. and MJ be my first choice the Gwen other than that probably Felicia Hardy too. The symbiote shouldn't be a problem for Naruto because of Kurama's chakra burning it and his will. I feel like Naruto should forgive Cindy because he did for Sakura when she lied to him, or he'd at least not be hung up on it for a long time. Also, is Naruto going to go back to being Spider-Man? I read the fandom on Spider-Man and it says he just (spoilers) lost confidence and couldn't activate it. Still, can't wait for Venom(?) and Kurama's interaction.
