Never knew I needed this fight until now- WOW. I’m glad Hinata won, she needed this win to have that bit of faith in herself, that bit of confidence. She needed to win by herself and not with Naruto’s help, not that I didn’t appreciate his input but damn they made it seem that was all she was, like she couldn’t be her own woman.

You have a way with writing that has my adrenaline rushing aka you’re a talented, excellent writer and I aspire to be on your level one day.

I cheered for Ino once I realized Kankuro was done for, her smile turned devil- literally fist pumped. Fuck Asuma and anyone who doubted her. Seriously, I’m angry that this is the last chapter, this was an AMAZING story and now it’s over.

Brilliant fucking chapter. I’ve never been one to read about TenTen or even attempt to but you’ve went and opened my eyes.

The moment between Naruto and Karin has my heart all warm and gooey, “You can sleep on my couch!” My poor baby! I wish that was how they found eachother.

Tenten's always been my favourite so I'm digging all the focus she's getting! And you're doing it so well; I can relate to her so muc loved her battle with shikamaru and I was so glad to see her blitz the shit out of him! His big brain can't really help him in a fast and strong attack and, really, he had that one coming.
I also absolutely adored the little nuggets of interaction between Tenten and Temari. I really hate it when girls in fiction get pitted against eachother and not given the chance to develop friendly relationships. I almost cheered outloud when Tenten shouted out to help Temari. Loved loved loved it!
The fight between Sakura and Hinata was awesome too. I really loved the way you captured Hinata's voice! She was so determined, but in a shy way and it was great!
What else can I say besides great job? Your writing style is amazing and such a pleasure too read. I hope I'll get to read more of it soon!

Honestly this fic is great I'm sure everyone can relate to all the girls internal thoughts of not feeling good enough or being looked down on by others
I really enjoyed seeing all the other perspectives as well you really make every person relatable and understood
I can't explain how on edge I was at tentens fight everyone thought she would fail but she kicked ass I was literally over the moon this kind of fic that focuses on the growth of characters especially the growth of characters we never see at the forefront I really hope you carry on with this cause I don't know what to do with myself if you dont

Hello dear authors I loved this fic! It’s exactly the kind of feminist fic the fandom needs but doesn’t deserve. Your way with words is beautiful, and I love that you explored the viewpoints from every single participant in the exams. Makes everyone a little more human, even Dosu!

I think my favorite bits were how relatable all the girls’ thoughts and feelings were, how they felt like they weren’t enough and wondering if they really belonged here or really deserved to win. It brings the whole story down to earth, makes it relatable for us plebs who don’t know what it’s like to have ninja superpowers. For me, seeing my own experiences reflected in theirs, even with the whole difference in occupations and morals and worlds, gave me a strong sense of connection and “yaaas girl get it”. And that’s just beautiful.

Wonderful Finally a bafass kunoichi fanfic I relate with squeeee...

I like how things changed up just from the different opponents in the fights.
I would have, however, started the story closer to it simply because you were rehashing canon from Tentens point of view for almost two chapters.
The only other complaint is the point of view changes being so sudden. Half the time I couldn’t tell when it was happen until I realize after a paragraph that this couldn’t be Tenten.
Keep it up.

Next step is (when she has spare time) for Tenten to organize a girl group meet up and hang out between herself Sakura Hinata imo Karin and Temari. I hope those girls become a future kunoichi dream team who hype each other up and support one another! This story is amazing! Please keep up the good work!

This was a great fight! And I love how in-character you kept Hinata. :D As much as I love Sakura, there is no way in hell she could win against a Hyuuga at that point in time.
I love Tenten so much in all three chapters of your fic!

Honestly, Shino and Shikamaru and Kiba all probably needed these wakeup calls. Fire's the first thing someone would (should, anyway) try out on the battlefield with Shino, so he's lucky it happened in a controlled environment and if he doesn't develop countermeasures he'll be out of a swarm again in a situation where his opponent will just kill him. And Shikamaru needed to realise that it doesn't matter how smart you are if you're lazy and don't train and get steamrolled by someone fit/fast enough to get you before you can go into a silly thinking pose and strategise things out.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!

I'm certainly enjoying the way the story is written and can't wait to find out more about Tenten, her past/life and how the fight with Shikamaru goes, hopefully she wins, of course.
I also enjoyed the relationship with team Gai and how Tenten was towards Temari (hopefully, if there's a pairing, we get some TemaTen ;) )
