First of all, I really hope you continue this story soon. It's original and engaging while maintaining the essence of the characters.
Now let me share my theory. Plagg is the real Lord that the Lady was trying to replace with Chat. I'm looking forward to his messing with everyone's plans because they thought him gone. Also Alya's kindness will not be forgotten, I'm sure.
I wonder if Tikki will ever join this story. Interesting how you gave our heroes the moth and the peacock instead of the fox and the ladybug... But maybe that is because their respective fae cannot be in two places at once...
Really hope you pick up this story again soon because I love how thoughfully it's woven together.

Looks like the beginning of a beautiful friendship! Hehehe... I wonder how Adrien is going to manage what his wilder, feline side has done and how it thinks. Like that dream sequence (I LOVED that it was shared) was pretty intense, I wonder if his feline memories will fade as he comes back to himself or will some things stick?
