First of all, this is a great idea for a story and you did really well writing it out, but, if you don't mind me telling you this, you should put more space between the sections - the whole thing would be much easier to read then. I also made that mistake, in my experience putting an extra line wherever you just pressed enter for paragraphs should fix it - not very complicated, though it involves a lot of hitting the same key over and over.
