Hello! I love this plot and how the story is going! I hope Rey and Ben talk about the job situation. I am sure he is going to go all sugar on her, insisting that she doesn't need a job but I think that she could work in that bookstore or learn how to cook with Threepio and Artoo. Are we getting a PrettyWoman moment? Cause I would love to see Rey flipping Phasma in Loubotins to be honest! Is there a clause or something in the will? I feel like they are going to have to marry or something, like the thing that Snoke must have done is also have a family to love. Perhaps I just have too much faith in the old fucker. I hope you update soon! Thanks for the chapter, you are an amazing and talented writer!

I can almost see C3PO and R2D2 as Lumiere and Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast in this chapter. They are trying so hard to keep Rey/Belle from running away before she finishes discovering the sweet person inside Kylo/Beast.

Ohhh...the interactions between C3PO and R2D2...too wonderful! And the conflict within Kylo/Ben is palpable! Loving this! I'm just sorry there aren't many more chapters left...

Love the names of his chefs and the relationship between them! And really, really like the phone call with Finn...especially Ben's open ticket offer.

She stumbled across Leia? I didn't pick up earlier that the couple squabbling on Millie were Han and Leia! Cute way to bring them in! And now for her to see Ben's teenage pic. It makes me smile!

So much to love here...the interactions between Rey and Finn, the way that Mr. Dameron continues to "accidentally" get his precious car (BB-8) towed in order to see Rey, the upgraded ticket and her exposure to how the "other side" lives (working class/Light/Resistance in comparison to wealthy/Dark corporate/First Order). BTW - this was a great way to make this modern version mirror the themes of Star Wars...great story planning! And of course, the sweet scene between Rey and Kylo. The kiss feels a little fast to me, but it helps her feel their connection (since they don't have the ability to project to each other here in this AU).

I love Maz here...its not about the size, its about the agility. But I really like the self examination that you have Rey do here - how she's feeling betrayed but also feeling like a traitor. Feeling hurt, but also attracted. I like Maz's illustration about seeing the apartment lights but not assuming we know what is happening inside.

I just stumbled on this story. It is awesome! Love Maz purposely hitting the rude passenger in the suit (still haven't figured out who he is yet...Hux?) in chap 1. And the whole diaper scene in chap 2. Love the change of tone here in chap 3. You write dialog very well! I'm so glad to have discovered this story. I just saw the recent SNL Adam Driver/Undercover Boss skit. Now I will have to go back and find the original one!
