Wow. This is interesting. First time to see Harry in Bnha universe that enchant things. I like it. Plus points to the author. Harry enchanting things in a fic is so underused and underrated and I'm glad that Harry here at least enchant things here. I'd like to see him be creative and make more things with his magic in his tenure in U.A.

I do actually remember reading your fanfiction, and I thought-and still think-that it's decent. I also followed it just to see where it goes. There are some strengths to it, such as the fact that Voldemort is also in the story, which is something many crossovers don't do. Thus, that's a plus for you in terms of uniqueness.

Despite this, the story does seem really rushed. Lots of small details get forgotten and mixed up, such as the fact that there would be a nine month gap between this exam and Mt. Lady and Kamui Wood's first appearance within the anime, Bakugo shouldn't be in the same test site as Izuku, and Momo was a recommended student, which means that she doesn't get tested at all.

On top of that, I don't see why Kamui Woods would compromise his integrity and help Harry cheat on an exam. As the No. 6 Hero, that goes against so many laws and morals that I don't even think it would be in question. Additionally, I don't see why there was any rush to be admitted into UA this specific year other than for plot purposes to get him into the same class as Izuku. Realistically, he should have had 9 months between the Mt. Lady event and the exam date, so that should have been enough time to study and get caught up.

On that note, Kamui should have reported the fact that Harry has multiple quirks. That's something that shouldn't be possible, and since he clearly doesn't believe in magic, it should have been reported to HQ. So far, Kamui just comes across as a hero that doesn't really think things through or have any intelligence, although I do appreciate you including him at all.

My last biggest grip is the random runes that Harry has. While learning bits and pieces here and there during a war time sounds plausible, exactly what you've given him seems far too convenient to overcome very specific challenges as they come up, such as Harry needing to cheat to pass the written exam or using a suit of armor in the practical exam (which wasn't with him when he televised his "Quirk on TV).

Now, I hope my criticism doesn't come across as overly harsh. This is actually one of the better HP x MHA crossovers, and, in general, Fanfiction is where writers like us improve over time (my writing needs improvements in a number of areas, as well). I just think that this story suffers the most from a rushed-pacing. But I have followed this story, and I'm looking forward to seeing how Harry and Voldemort's presence causes ripples within the MHA world.

I have to say this looks very good. There's no OOC, it mades sense, I don't care if you messed up a few facts, but it's still great. So I say you should continue this thing.
