The fact that she's out of jail is BS plot in and of it self but you having a judge hear her and take her serious with.. 'She was high out of her mind, she didn't know what happening' AND NOT HAVING THE JUDGE laugh as he dismissed her plea IS absolutely stunning me.

Maybe you are trying to show just how much power mothers, even bad mothers, have in court. If that's the goal here. I agree, mothers have all the power if they come with the water works, don't need much proof of anything to get what thy want out of the judge, even if it puts the father in a bind.

There's no way a judge would even hear Tanya's plea, if they did, it would be ALL UP to the responsible parent who is Edward.

And let me guess.. Tanya is not in jail for domestic abuse and aggravated assault? Convenient. A lawyer would have a field day with this.

Why do stories always have the Main Characters forigve people who wrong them? IT'S not realistic. For women especially. Even if Bella says she lied, I bet she is friendly enough for it not to appear so.

That answered the question I had so very much earlier in the story. Yes, Bella can still conceive. I’m so happy they had a boy. Both for the name to carry on and for Emma. It makes so much sense that they are foster parents. The kick ass kind of foster parents too. Any child placed with them will know nothing but love. This was a fun read today. I can’t say how happy I was to read Edward asking Bella if they could take the Cullen name in lieu of using Swan. All of his reasons were what I had cited way back in my review too. I loved that whole section so much. Loved it. I would’ve preferred Bella not to have hit Tanya back. Instead I wish she would’ve pressed charges. Being the one that sent her back to prison would’ve been a lot more satisfying than stooping to Tanya's level of abuse. Yes, it felt good to Bella to get that punch in but, that was way beneath Bella to do that. Daddy/daughter dance . . . sooooo cute. I love all the happiness this family has brought to Edward and Emma. All three of them deserve so much happiness.

That was a very light and wonderful chapter. The conversation with Charlie and Edward was so good. His proposal was really nice. They actually succeeded in making love, which was a giant leap for Edward. So proud of him. There was absolute realism in there too. Him not lasting their first time, as it had been way too long for him. Not to mention, that was the first time, most likely, that he was having sex and truly being in love with the person. What he had with Tanya in their early days may have been young love. However, the moment she started to rape him, that all changed. I am really surprised that he was actually able to go all the way without stopping when they tried this time. Bella must’ve been so proud of him. It probably didn’t matter at all to her that he didn’t last. Plus, he definitely lasted on their round two later.

I fell most sorry for Sarah. It isn’t fair that she has only known Jake and now she’s going to have to live with a stranger. Well, if Leah has been with Sam this whole time, then sadly, Sarah may already know him, and know him well. Aren’t Jake and Leah married? You know what, never mind. I could not really care what happens to Jake or Leah at this point. They both made their beds. I’m sorry for Sue and Charlie. Seth too. And Bella, for the lies told that set this all in motion. Seems she dodged a bullet with Jake for that I’m grateful. Those ILY’s were perfectly placed. Just came out naturally and without fanfare. Very sweet.

Officers can be so unwilling to believe men when they step forward with this happening to them. So infuriating. He tried to get away once before and she beat him. Why would he try again without having someone there to assist him? That was his mistake. He should have had Seth there when leaving. Where is Bella finding the time to do all this legal stuff for the men, when she was already swamped at work? Did they hire another attorney at Cullen Enterprises and that freed up her workload some? Seems like she’d have zero time for anything if she really is foppdoing her full time job at Cullen and helping these men voluntarily. I get why she wants to speak to Jake. Why the hell does she wan to speak to Leah? Why bother, as she’s clearly deranged.

I’m so glad Edward spoke to Bella and that she did indeed go back to seeing Kate and her group. It will only help her in the long run. That must have taken a Herculean effort on Bella's part to admit that it was probably best that their baby didn’t make it. However, I’m not sure why she’d think that. Her feeling what she does now for Jake mKes a lot of sense. How looking at it from a new direction allowed her to see they loved each other but, they were not in love with one another. And, they never should’ve gotten married in the first place. All of that, makes perfect sense. I am guessing it was ajake that called Edward. At least he had someone to reach out to. I have a feeling Leah is about to be kicked out of the family. Years overdue, if you ask me. Although, I cannot imagine Sue would do that to her own child. So maybe not.

No man deserves what happened to Edward, not even Jake. Seems a little far fetched and out of left field to make Leah abusive too. The beauty that it is your story though, is you get to write it the way you want. Jake saying he was drunk and she took advantage of him is a cop out to his cheating. I don’t accept that. I do accept that Sara is most likely not his. Wouldn’t that be the kicker in all of this. That Leah did all of this to their family and it isn’t even Jake's kid. Now, she’s pregnant again and he is pretty sure it isn’t his. Him being abused by her is only going to render sympathy from the whole Cullen family. Your story, I’ll shut up now.

I’m disappointed with that. The judge couldn’t have been more right in asking how in the hell the case even got up to her desk in the first place. The disappointment lies in Tanya is still free out there. And, Bella's PI uncovered how many cases of her ignoring restraining orders? So, nothing to stop Tanya from going after Emma anyway. Nothing at all. That piece of paper never stopped her before. Now she is in a rage fit and will go after her anyway.

Her smirk in the courtroom should have been the nail in her coffin. I already mentioned that none of this would ever happen in real life. The argument that she was high at the time of the termination of her rights falls flat. It has nothing to do with what either party wants. When a person commits a crime like this, they automatically lose their parental rights. If the person was a single parent, still lose their rights, they just go to the state. Tanya showing up at the ice cream parlor and basically threatening Emma would land her back in prison for violating parole. I know this is fiction but, you’ve got to have some realism in there, the date was unexpected and wonderful. Overshadowed by Tanya taking all the fun right out of the night.
