I'm always interesting in fanfic writers reinterpreting the jedi code when it comes to attachments. The prequels themselves clearly provide enough commentary to know that those particular parts of the code failed anakin.

But it never bothered to explain why or what a solution was.

Which leaves it to us fanfic writers. Like many, myself included, you've chosen to make the distinction that attachment is not good and true love. It's not worthy of being called love at all.

I think Rebels clearly toyed with the idea with Kanan and Hera, but it never really explained it.

Thanks for finally bringing this in a happy direction and using it to say something important about the "theology" of Star Wars. You made it worth all the angst. ;)

Ahhhhh Ezra! I’m glad Hera knows-now there can be Ezra and Hera bonding! I love Hera as a mother figure to Sabine and Ezra. Can’t wait to see what comes of this!

Another piece of fantastic writing! I love your older Ezra! The confrontation between Ezra and Hera was heart brakingly beautiful. I know I've mentioned this a LOT but can't get enough of your stories, i love your portrayal of the characters its perfect!
