Persona 5 is a completely different ball game to the 5th Holy Grail War. The very nature of Persona summoning is a varient of Third Magic and that isn't considering the nature of some Personas.
Well you got to meet the Detective Prince Illya.

If only Shinro could summon a Persona outside of Mementos, that would make the war quite easier (or at least how most fics handle Personas, not exactly too sure with how canon shows them) for him.

Probably the best Persona-Crossover i've read so far. I already have a few guesses about what's gonna happen down the line, i am very interessted to see it. Good job, i hope we're gonna see Shirou's "real" Persona in time!
PS: It wouldn't happen to be Dantes, would it? He's my candidate for a Persona-Fate-Self Insert Fanfiction i wanna write. And seeing how you've done it here, i am thinking about adding in Shirou aswell.
