danakai-1111 chapter 1 . 12/19/2019 That was so cute to me for some reason - don't mind me, I'm weird. That last line really got to me, and I couldn't, for the life of me stop laughing for the next minute or two. So, on behalf of all readers, I would like to thank you as the author for taking the time and effort to write such a wonderful fic and congratulate on the good job you've done. :) |
Guest chapter 1 . 7/17/2019 Haha I loved this! Short but entirely wonderful |
2maluv chapter 1 . 12/30/2018 Damn right Alex is an excellent agent! Loved that he did the right thing for him by getting Yassen out, his world would be very different without him there haha |
Niamh x chapter 1 . 7/31/2018 I love this so so much! So who try and intense, I wonder how he did it- if it was funny and more importantly if the pleasures know who Alex was sat beside! Thankyou xx |
Amberlily34567 chapter 1 . 7/30/2018 Damn! This was good. I liked this one shot and I suggest that you can even expand it into a longer story if you wanted. But no pressure...great job anyways! Happy writing!:) -Amber |
Guest chapter 1 . 7/22/2018 I absolutely love this |
Night Riders chapter 1 . 7/24/2018 I just realized that I forgot to review when I first read this story... my bad *gives a sheepish smile* I absolutely loved this! It was extremely well written and the description you put made this so vivid in my mind. I especially liked “less ice. More snow. Sunshine peaking through the storm clouds.” That was like... AHHH! Just soooo good! I really loved it! You know, now that I think about it, fanfiction doesn’t have that many spectacular writers, at least not in the Alex Rider fandom, so I thought that I knew every single great writer. But then I read this, and it blew my mind, and I still don’t understand why your name isn’t being tossed around with names like Amitai and Pongnosis and Camnstarr and Kawazoe Kumiko. You’re an incredible writer! Please write more AR stories. This fandom needs writers like you. So, on this story, I loved how it was Alex and Yassen, my favorite characters, and I enjoyed seeing how Alex reacted in that situation and the conversation they had really captured by attention. At first, I admit I was as baffled as Alex was because I had no idea what Yassen could’ve wanted from Alex, but then it became clearer as the conversation progressed and became littered with more hidden meanings. Though, I am extremely curious about one thing: how did Yassen escape? What did Alex do to help him? The first time I read this, I was so sure that Alex was going to help him that I was stunned when he walked away. But then later on the plane, Yassen told him thank you (btw, I loved how Yassen was the man next to him) so I’m assuming that Alex helped him escape. I’ve read this so many times but I still have no idea how Alex helped him. I guess you made that purposefully vague but I’m really curious and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. No matter though, this is still an amazing fic that I thoroughly enjoyed and I give you a whole bunch of thumbs up for it! Great job :) |
Guest chapter 1 . 7/22/2018 Haha. The ending made me chuckle. Nice! |
Drifty chapter 1 . 7/22/2018 Oh, I /like/ this. I love Alex and Yassen's mostly-unspoken conversation and Alex trying to figure it all out (because like he said, he's really out of practice), I love that he lied to Crawley's face and got away with it, and I love that we didn't hear HOW Alex pulled off that whole stunt - just that he did enough to get Yassen out. We don't need the details, just need to know that given a week and a half and the right incentive, Alex can manage some pretty damn impressive stuff when he puts his mind to it. I also loved the descriptions of Yassen - the 'melting to perpetual darkness' and 'less ice, more snow' and the like. It flows beautifully and paints such a vivid picture. Thank you for writing it! |
Alicori chapter 1 . 7/22/2018 I loved your story, everything I've been reading about the SpyFest 2018 festival, it's what I liked the most, I always liked Alex and Yassen and this was very good. Alicori. |
