A difficult question, being a Jojo viewer is one thing, but being a Jojo fan automaticaly makes you a great person of culture. So if you don't watch Jojo that either makes you a man of disgustingly poor tastes, or an unlucky soul. Rectify that.
Or you could read Jojo. But watching it is such a great visual and sound experience, that it's fine too.

I think in some part of the story things will be completly diffrent from the original plot, am i wrong?

No offense to Souji, but I were him, I would tell Akira that it’s okay to take advantage of the Velvet Room’s assistance of power while taking whatever they say with a grain of salt. Traumatized or not, self-reliance is just as important as teamwork.
