At the beginning of this chapter the best I had was that the Arthur android had managed to make Chloe free it and make her commit the murders. Although the bit in this chapter when it said Richard saw "it" on the wall, the identity of the culprit might work with my theory...

I have no idea who the killer could be, I'm not a very good detective. But I really want to know! They manipulated Chloe 42 to steal the Arthur's android... why would they want a broken prototype, even if it is Arthur?

Poor Gavin, it's not fair. Hopefully they can find a way to get his application approved. I never took Richard as one to believe in RA9, but most androids do I guess.
