As much as I love AUs, I really enjoy plots taking place post-adventure with Haru and the Cat Bureau, it just gives me a major sense of nostalgia. Especially if it involves the gang just simply hanging out and bonding with Haru. Just the thought of these guys keeping in touch with her or even making her apart of the group, after their adventure, is just very heartwarming. This made me remember just why I adore these four's dynamic and post-adventure plot lines with them, thank you for writing this!

Don't blame, Haru, I would've been mad at Hiromi too. But because of her, she got things rolling for these two, so... thanks Hiromi XD
Just love Baron and Haru's characterization in this story. Every interaction these two have together is just perfect.

Oh my gosh. I loved this so much! This is too sweet and was just sent rolling at Louise's snide comments. I'm just left craving more of this AU, I adore it!

I still don't understand the complaints about the language barrier in the original, I always thought you handled that beautifully. I also see how this verison could've been a bit more... problematic if Ties That Bind, was centered around Haru and Baron coming together like this but... is it wrong now that I almost want a crackfic of this version, purely for it being Looney Tunes themed? XD
Now what comes to mind is not only escape ruses between Haru and Baron, but also similar attempts at courting like the Pepe Le Pew and Penelope episodes, of course much tamer and Baron would actually follow affection consent rules, unlike Pepe LOL.

It's been a while since I last read your work, but I've gotten so used to seeing your updates in my mailbox that your progress has become a constant that transports me back to the days when I first started reading your works. It's weirdly comforting and reassuring that there are people out there so committed to their craft.

You have a distinct writing style that just pops up within the first three lines of any work you produce. That is something I think really distinguishes you from the other writers I follow. It produces a feeling of making the mundane and ordinary daily life into one ripe with endless possibilities and opportunities, only limited by what the characters want to do with their time. I don't remember school being as exciting by what's portrayed here, but the scenario provided has been made rich by what the character decided to do and made richer by what they are feeling and how others perceive them. I think the latter is really interesting because it's a casual reminder that these characters aren't in suspended space and there are people around them who feel more alive.

How dare Hiromi! Destroying an instrument is bad enough, but does she know how much pressure a grand piano is under?! Someone could have been seriously hurt! Like the way the principal was when the glass shattered.
