kinda wanna see them save Robin; shes a good, if morbid humored, person in canon and really doesn't deserve the life her canon self lived if avoidable.

u already mentioned ohara once in this story and, if i remember correctly, ohara was in the west blue which, as the only sea left unvisited, besides the grand line, is the logical next choice for the red force's heading

To direct you to who made Ace hate Roger, it was during the Marine Ford arcin the episodes where it shows Ace and Luffy's childhood. Ace overhears Dadan calling him a demon child and when he would ask people in town how they felt about Roger and if he had a son, they would say Roger was the devil and that any son of his would be a devil too and wouldn't deserve to live.

I like it. Have always been trying to find ASL fic where they join Shanks rather than the usual Whitebeards. Though I hope that Ace, Sabo, and Luffy are not going to be romantically involved with anyone in the future? It's kinda disappointing sometimes when I see a good story runied by chessy romance :(

Huh, I wonder how Ace will react when he realizes Shanks started out as a cabin boy of Gol D Roger, and now the three boys are effectively cabin boys themselves.

It is clear from the story that there is a parental relationship between the three brothers and Shanks and Ben!
But if you like the idea, it would be fun to read about experiences like ... buying clothes for the boys, girls problems, maybe learning to read and write.
