This is too cute.
It's great that Theo's friends know what he's gonna do and it speaks a lot of his ways. He seems a good person even if calls himself a coward and is not smooth at all.
I think this would have worked a bit better with a different title; this one takes away the impact the reality of Theo's life and puts it in second place to a romance that isn't even there (yet).
Madam Pomfrey knowing how to make it better for him is lovely, though, because she helps in a quiet way.

Neville/Theo is another couple I've never read before, and I love how you've handled them here.

The detail of only Draco thinking to alert the Slytherins that the battle is over is an excellent one, and I like the idea of Blaise and a lot of the others staying behind because they're not sure what to expect from everyone else. I also like your characterization of Theo and how he wants to heal everyone, even though he knows that a lot of people won't trust him as he's a Slytherin. The detail about him not transfiguring his robes to hide who he is was great too.

Theo's awkward comment and Neville's awkward response had me both laughing and thinking "aww!" The dynamics you set up here were so cute, and it makes me want to read more of the two of them together.
