I'm sorry, but that was way too inconsiderate of Ben. I'm pretty sure that if it were the real Ben Tennyson he would have went straight to Ryuko after she was flung into the water and helped her. The fact that he didn't even bother to check just shows that the Ben you have here as the MC, is not the same as the true hero I watched in the series.
