Apollo is a possibility. The Russian alphabet was deliberately based on the Greek, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Only in the most generic sense do Ancient Greek and Proto-Russian belong to the Indo-European language group which again is meaningless. I'm drawn back to Apollo working in his own arrogant self-interest, probably co-operating with Ares, and manipulating some Russian splinter group that is seeking to establish a much more powerful version of Communism. Why would Zeus steal WW so soon after her birth? Is she Ares' replacement? Who dropped her into the Arctic Ocean? Hey, this is a fanfic, you can borrow from Tarzan, Zorro, King Kong or anyone else if you want. Is Darkseid on the far horizon?

You've been having grammar errors since chapter 1. You also have had some punctuation errors. I'm really not certain, but for some reason I "kinda-sorta-almost" have the impression that you MIGHT be mixing American and British spelling. A grammarian trained in both versions of English needs to double-check my impression. Having said all of that this is a very interesting mystery story. Why hasn't Hippolyta recognized her daughter? Is the Queen waiting for sufficient privacy? Has she noticed Clark's persistence? I don't remember, did I ask how did Luthor discover Clark's identity (I've been busy). Lois seems to be both possessive and dismissive of Clark-she treats him as an object instead of a person. SM is an object of infatuation to her. Jimmy is a pathetic horndog and useless. How did WW become an amnesiac? Why hasn't her healing ability cured her?

Rereading this story again (I am definitely hooked). The cuss words in some parts can be a bit jarring, especially when they pop up unexpectedly. Nonetheless, I cannot get enough of this story. It is different and an unexpected delight.

It is your author's note in this chapter that is keeping me hopeful of an eventual update.

What happens next? You have here what is at best about one-fourth of a story. Misspellings and incomprehensible British slang aside this is an interesting story. Your grammar is better than the majority of the stories that I have read but there are still some mistakes in that department. It's tremendously disappointing when a story simply disappears like this. There are FAR too many unfinished stories on these sites, some of them are surprisingly old. . .-ish. I doubt that any of the old-school fanzines were published in my area 40-50 years ago. If I had been old enough to have been the editor of one I would have been very reluctant to publish an unfinished story. After a period of time I would have held a contest for the best story completion, perhaps a "round robin" type at minimum. Please come back and finish your story!
