The dream sequence was a nice touch though ill admit cliche as it's done a lot in SD stories especially with that horror vibe which I won't spoiler for readers (This story should have more people reading tbh it's really good)

Re-reading your latest chapter again (admittedly this should probably be a PM not posted as a review!) I'm predicting that the affectionate interactions between Yuuto and Katsura will be misinterpreted as them being an item, since you brought up that their classmates were watching them.
Makes sence in context of the story as Makoto and Katsura's relationship isn't public knowledge at this time.
If my prediction turn out to be true, some interesting drama should unfold.

Loving the scenes between Yuuto and Katsura, tbh all the character interactions do feel genuine. Since your doing filler chapters alongside the main story, perhaps you could do a chapter from another characters perspective?
