I love it, good job. I love all Jurassic World/park stories as long as not too “NC-17l and above.

Meanwhile right outside the Motel are a T. rex and a Velociraptor with a blue stripe guarding the Motel from the more opportunistic predators lol. Had to say that.

Hope you can write one in which Claire faints in front of Maisie, because she's pregnant (but she doesn't know yet) and Maisie freaks out and starts panicking because she thinks Claire is gonna leave her like everyone else and runs to tell Owen what happened. At the hospital Claire and Owen, but mostly Claire, have to reassure Maisie that they won't leave her ever (and also give her the news that she's going to be a big sister)

First of all, this is a fantastic story. I like that Owen and Claire have a serious conversation about what's happening and recognise the love they have for each other. You do a nice job of keeping them (and Maisie) in character. Good job.

Now for a story prompt: How about some Owen hurt/comfort? Maybe he's out looking for Blue and another dinosaur gets ahold of him. He has to be a tough guy and drag himself home where Claire takes care of him.

I would love to see both fluff and angst, especially since this is right after Fallen Kingdom. Some prompts I have are hereOwen, Claire, and Maisie decide to go to a nearby public pool, but Claire refuses to get into the water because of the gyrosphere accident. Claire slips into the water and has a panic attack. Owen has to save her and perform CPR. Maisie is also panicking, being reminded of how her ”grandpa” had left her and doesn’t want Claire to leave her either. (Bonus: Owen is performing CPR, so he cannot comfort Maisie. An old and wise lady starts comforting Maisie, but then she’s also reminded of Iris.)
(Double Bonus: After the trauma of almost drowning, Claire has to comfort Maisie. Claire tells her that she is fine and that they will find Iris.)
(Triple Bonus: Claire and Owen have to teach Maisie what PTSD is, what happened to Claire, and why it is dealing with the trauma of the Indoraptor but doesn’t tell Claire or Owen about it. They eventually find out and have to remind Maisie that they’re there for her, whether she likes it or not.
- Crying!Owen is something I rarely see, so this may be a challenge for you.
Owen has a really, REALLY bad nightmare. Both Claire and Maisie are killed by the indoraptor slowly and painfully in front of his very eyes, and he can’t do anything because he’s too frozen in panic. They’re dead and he can’t do anything, so when he wakes up, he’s nearly about to break. He hides this as much as he cans, but the damage from the nightmare and the trauma from the recent accident was too much for him.
(Bonus: After the nightmare, Owen thinks about what might’ve happened if he failed to save his two girls in the mansion.)
(Double Bonus: In the morning, Owen tells the two that he has to go relieve himself. Once he’s alone, he fights back tears in the bathroom. Claire wonders why he’s taking so long. She and Maisie discover him crying and have to try and comfort him. Owen tries to hide it but fails. The girls listen carefully while Owen sobs in Claire’s embrace. Owen explains his nightmare and that he can’t lose them, not after what happened with the indoraptor.)

Thank GOD I found this account! I watched Fallen Kingdom and I fell in love with Maisie’s relationship with Claire and Owen, especially when Owen was protective of Maisie. I can barely find FK canon stories, so I’m glad you’re going to create lots more.

- They find out what happened to the nanny and have to help Maisie through it emotionally.

FUCK we're soulmates. We're soulmates. Darrel Shaynne Curtis Jr. is my favorite Outsiders character of all time. This story is awesome. One of the best Fallen Kingdom fics out there. I saw the movie this past Monday and was almost immediately in love with the dynamic between Owen, Claire and Maisie. I sincerely hope you write more in the near future. You take requests? I have (a lot) but one I'm dying to see is Owen and Claire taking Maisie to Walmart to shop for supplies before they continue driving up to Owen's cabin (or Claire's place, wherever you're taking them.) I'd love to see dad!Owen trying to help Maisie shop for clothes she needs, and Claire and Owen arguing over what food to buy for the trip. Cute things like that. Or you could honestly just continue this amazing oneshot into something more. I'd be perfectly satisfied either way, to be honest. Thanks for posting this. One of my favorites without question.
