Honestly Tom only does three spells. Crucio, Imperio, and Avada Kedavra. Sure, he uses conjuring against Dumbledore ONCE in OotP, but he should be able to use more spells. AK is hard to use and tiring, Crucio omly incapitates for the duration of the spell, and Imperio can be fought. Use things like stunning or disarming spells to get an opening then use something big through their guard to end the fight. It doesn't even have to be the killing curse. You can use anything. Heck, "Diffindo" on the carotid artery will kill you in a few minutes. Or "Scourgify" in the mouth/throat could choke you to death. Or force-feed them Gillyweed. You don't have to us the killing curse to kill. You don't even have to kill to end a fight. Just blow out a support column next to them and bury them in rubble. Or turn them into a toad. Or just send an "Incendio" into their wand. Ok, rant over.

Just go to Olympus and give them Percy's memory of the dream, that way they see the whole story. If they're better suited to do it, and you have the evidence to convince them, then you should take advantage of that. Of course, then the plotline wouldn't be as good, but in a real-life cenario you take everything you can to help and the worst that can happen there is the gods say your dream was a fake.

According to harrypotter. famdom 1 Galleon is equal to approximately 4.93. Since they started the trip with 70 and spent some on a hotel for the night, we can say they got a cheap hotel room at 39 via Expedia even though it’s fake and they can’t use the internet anyways. Either way, that gives them 31 to turn into wizard money even though they don’t ever go to Gringotts to exchange for them, they have 6 Galleons, 4 Sickles, and 26 Knuts. This is less than what Harry spent on his wand at 7G. This is less than what Harry spent on souvenirs at the quidditch World Cup at 30G.

Then again this is all irrelevant as 1) Chapter 2 says mortal money specifically, not if all they cash was converted to GBP, how much would they have and 2) the Cleansweep 11 is owned by Ron Weasley as a gift for becoming prefect. No price but I’d personally peg a 115G price on it.

Originally, I just wanted to post one long and detailed review at the end of the fanfic, but THIS. I love that Harry is thinking Nico is Voldemort's son, it makes so much sense in the context of Harry's psychology (both in this fanfic and in the actual HP books). The way you built up to that was masterful. The suicide scene (probs last chapter tho) was also really well done. After many of the cutting scenes felt cringy or even melodramatic to me I thought you couldn't write good dark, but this has certainly proved your ability to do so. I'm hyped to read the next few chapters, but right now, school calls :( Thanks for writing this, fanfic, it is making my week.
