Ok so I'm surprised at how much this ending made sense, this story was on the shorter side of what I've been reading lately but you've put as much angst and thrill into it and I love that. The reconciliation worked out well and I liked the part about having a foot out of the door. Their seriousness and maturity about each other shows through. Nice!

I've been outta town and unplugged for a few days. But I'm baaaack now and in read/review mode once again. I loved the team reconciliation. I knew Sly wouldn't hold a grudge. I was so happy to hear everyone admit fault and all the blame being shared. I thought the little Fly moment was sweet. THANK YOU for Toby acknowledging what Walt has done for them. I was like yaaassss! And ahhhhh! The best for last! I'm actually so glad Walter balked at first. Paige isn't the only one who's been hurt. Hell, Wally's own parents distanced themselves from him. So I am glad he said what he needed to say even though his knee jerk first impulse was to say YES! Another fantastic story! Thank you!

Yes, thank you for bringing Walter and Paige together and for doing it in such a cinvincing fashion! I'm curious to see how they resolve the Scirpion-Centipede issue. Wonderful story and beautiful writing!

Ughhh all the feels. I've been writing a lot lately, and in the past few days it seems like all the readers have just vanished, which really sucked my inspiration right out of me tonight - so it was really, really good to have something to read, something without any pressure, and something with expectations that I knew would be realized. This was such a great fic, and such a, in the end, simple fix. I like that. I maintain that they COULD have fixed things in one episode, which is what is keeping me going right now. None of what happened in that finale was completely black and white irreversible. All we needed - and what we probably were gonna end up getting - was some near death experience to make them all realize what idiots they are. All of them.

Real talk happening in this chapter. The air is all nice and clear now. I like how everyone admitted their part in the clusterduck that tore the team apart. And the reconciliation between Waige - just perfect.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful fix-it fic. I've really enjoyed reading it.

Aww it broke my heart when Walter thought that nothing she had said would mean anything if she couldn’t be saved. Literally the opposite of what Paige would want, but still. Yikes you scared me for a good second when Walter asked about long term effects. Phew she’ll get better. Liked the angst, thrill-packed story that this was, extremely well developed.

I love this idea of her saying this as she thinks she is dying - because her last emotional plea to him, the last time she said "I love you" was when she thought that he was dying. I can't wait to see how the next chapter goes.
