Guyfives chapter 42 . 7/6 Greatest chapter I've ever witnesses |
madsloth chapter 1 . 7/4 I don’t really get what this OC is, on one hand he recreates a more or less canon encounter between Wormtail and Sirius making him look like a SI or someone who knows Canon, then does not know the prophecy or what Snape’s game is. Also it is very odd that this new person is totally cool with lots and lots of murder. Is your OC a sociopath? |
HailAllOTP chapter 6 . 6/3 I both hate and love this fic. It's weird to read bc compared to other overly emotional stories has very little imput about feelings of the person that lives through it. On the one hand it is very fitting that Voldemort is lacking in that department and so this character shows it very well. On the other it's not Tom Riddle soul. Still don't like him, very difficult feeling to have while riding in 1st pov. It's rather disconcerting tbh especially as Canon characters die that were supposed to live. I am very happy with all your input about world building. So many things that were skimmed in books got interesting explanation grounded in history and Tradition so it feels like part of the world even tho it's all non canon explanation. I dig all death eater garb, magics, political explanation... And necronomicon joke is a gift that don't stop giving. Kudos :3 |
JustADaoist chapter 7 . 5/21 I have to say, even though the plot in this (in my opinion) is quite good; I'm enjoying the explanation of how magic works more, this is the first fanfiction I've read that manages to give a really good explanation on how magic works, yet still maintain how the plot would've been in canon. Without making every single witch/wizard look like they have a collective IQ of 2 |
Meh chapter 9 . 5/9 This fic sucks. Disappointing af |
Guest chapter 48 . 5/6 I looovvveee this so much, please update soon! |
Slider chapter 48 . 4/5 I hope this translation can be continued. Your writing is very good. |
Guest chapter 1 . 3/31 shit |
Yung Warrior chapter 48 . 3/31 Amazing story, you have a great way of creating lyrical prose. The words just flow so well here. I am a big 48 Laws fan myself, and the inspiration it provided here made this story fun. I like that Voldemort is not an edgelord, but doles out ruthlessness and favor in a clinical balancing act. Excellent stuff. |
Other Guest chapter 48 . 3/25 Well, in canon, Snape was both an idiot and a coward, no matter how much Rowling tried to say otherwise in Book 6. I don't really see a problem with this, when he exhibits typical Rowling Wizard failings all the time. Snape is only intelligent in comparison to Cornelius Fudge and their ilk. |
philip222 chapter 1 . 3/23 This has been an amazing read! Thanks for writing it, it’s been one of the most exciting stories I’ve read. I love the way to portray how Voldemort has expored magic |
Lordmaker chapter 48 . 3/8 When's the new chapter coming ? |
Guest chapter 12 . 2/16 If Snape is intelligent in the least bit, Voldemort just created his own assassin. Seriously, if Snape had even the tiniest bit of a spine then he's already planning a murder. At best, Voldemort just proved that he not only doesn't care for Snape at all or feels anything about torturing him and was willing to lie about Lilly's death to him despite his request just for (at best) funsies... while at worst, it looks like he took Lilly to train as Snape's replacement and has been doing things to torture Snape with maximum dramatic irony. Say what you will about James and Co, at least they never pretended to be on Snape's side. If anything, Voldemort just created a world in which Snape just *can't* be completely loyal to him without either being an utter coward or an idiot (and most likely both). Even if he literally gifts Lilly to him now, no more asked, after this chapter then that remains true. Snape either accepts that he is a slave, becomes a true traitor, or goes away; he will never be more than a slave to Voldemort when no matter what "rights" are given then he can just torture and murder you for whatever reason he sees fit. |
Guest chapter 11 . 2/15 Eh, if we're going for 100% realism then Snape was good enough to outdo paranoia and wouldn't arouse any suspicion against stringent cautionary measures. He'd have prepared for this eventuality either by ritual or potion or whatever; his life literally depends on stuff like this being flawless. That being said, "converting" him by converting his girl would have been rather tedious for a side character :P |
C-dha-hurtha chapter 47 . 2/4 please update please update |
