Although this is not the first time I've read a fic with a similar idea, yours is one of the best without all those grammatical mistakes and vocabulary errors - I'm a really picky reader, even when there are not many ItaIzu stories to be picky from. Also, I've read your other ItaIzu story "Not to be" - love it so much! It broke my heart every time I was reminded of how Itachi had to kill Izumi. I'm really eager for more chapters! This is great!:D I mean, it’s really heartbreaking for those two and I feel as sick as Izumi probably feels right now and feel like killing Itachi all over again...BUT I’m so thrilled that you’re writing a story about her surviving the massacre and helping raise Sasuke. There’s so few and all of them are so far unfinished. I’m really excited for your next update, where Izumi and Sasuke’s future is headed (and nervous about it), while also excited about the upcoming ItaIzu. I bet it’s going to be deep and beautiful...although, at the same time, I hope it’s a bit of a slow burn, meaning I hope Izumi doesn’t forgive Itachi that easily, even after she finds out why he did it, because he still killed her mother, other innocents, and mentally tortured Sasuke, and that’s still messed up no matter what the reason (which was also a messed-up logic to begin with!) Anyway, I hope you update soon! Great job!:) |
