Just have to say, that's the best story I've read with no A-plot (Caria doesn't really count) on any fandom. It might seem maddeningly slow, but that actually makes them having a lasting relationship all the more believable in the end. As much as whirlwind romances make for nice stories, they have a very high risk of disaster in real life. But like a tree, the relationship that takes its time to grow becomes strong, while a tree that's shoots up is more likely to come down in a storm.

And I appreciated that this tale also placed the different aspects of a relationship in their proper place, even if the Amy dynamic sort of necessitated it. Building on dependability, friendship, and all of those things that the first 20 chapters were filled with is what's important. The physical stuff is just the proverbial icing on the cake. And if I was a RL marriage counselor, and sitting down with the couples from all the docs I've read, this is the first pair that I wouldn't have some very pointed advice for. Meaning I usually spot at least 2 or 3 red flags in each fic that would spell trouble if the couple wasn't predestined by the author to live happily ever after, but if I heard this love story about a RL couple, I'd have strong confidence that they'd make it, because even i when they do have problems or arguments down the road, they have a solid bond to work from, and the habits of dealing with tough topics and actually listening to each other. My only piece of advice: start reducing Amy's sugar intake or she'll become diabetic ;).

This is better than almost any other charah story out there. Generally, I read these sorts of stories to get a feeling of fuzziness in my heart even though the emotions and discussions and sudden marriage two weeks after meeting someone are common painful tropes in the fandom.

This story has the same fuzziness, but a realistic burn. It seems like the characters are actually having human interactions and the romantic feelings develop naturally over time. Sarah's daughter is the impetus behind it all, but in a natural way. She doesn't suddenly start asking if chuck is daddy out anything like that. Just when they see each other in the wild, she's happy to hang out with Chuck. And Chuck doesn't just have incredible kids moments, he's awkward and entertains Amy just by being interested and he doesn't know the perfect solution to every situation.

I can't even think of a critique, and I'm normally full of critiques. I'm just in awe that somebody put in the effort and time to craft and write this for us to consume. I wish I could favorite it a couple times to make it easier to find by new entrants to the Chuck fanfic community.

Wow. This fic was amazing. Normally I'm not a fan of such a slow burn relationship, but you pulled it off so well, that this just felt right. I really really really enjoyed the way Chuck and Sarah got together and it was all because of the little bug. Great job and thanks for taking the time to write this amazing fic for the rest of us.

So Sarah not make red test in this story well that explain a lot somehow when she put a number on Graham she is not so far on it so she could hunt Cariu when is Amy safe at casa B.

Good thing Sarah can perfom some of her knives expertise...

Sarah is a vixen in this chapter using her eyelashes and other CIA methods but she really needs to put her past in the open because its not healthy for her and his been together ooor the worse scenario pushe him back for good (of course not the good good but for anxsiety purposes of the story)
