i hate the bite mark stuff, overdone and gross... besides male animals bite to hold their (sometimes unwilling) partner where they want them so they can complete the act and there's nothing romantic or loving about that. i am of the ''combine their ki'' team. *\o/*

honestly i prefer not to read the whole up close nitty-gritty act, i much prefer the fade away to waves crashing against the rocks kind of scene, like you did here. it reminds me of the time i went to a video rental store looking for a job and told the clerk i wasn't sure if i could work there because of the porn (there was a room in the back that was roughly a third the size of the front) and she dragged me there and proceeded to show me the different sections. in the ''family'' videos, the cover is romantic like a sunset with a touching scene, the porn section is just different close ups of genitals... interacting, intersecting, invading... it was off putting. i much prefer a hint to stimulate the imagination than IN YOUR FACE detail.

so happy, the 'biting' is terribly cliché... they're 'magical' and should use that instead of something that no animal does... sure a dog or cat bites when they mate to keep their partner still (male cat with barbed penis, i can understand trying to get away).

That was really nice! I actually didn't find them to be OOC, and I rather enjoyed having Inuyasha being completely confused. Well, maybe Kagome would have reacted more violently than that? But that could be just my vision of her character, I always thought of her as getting angry rather than getting sad (it's a flaw I love about her, but that's really not the point ahem). Seeing him threatening Sango instead of Miroku for once was new and amusing as well xD

Anyway, I rather liked your take on the whole mating thing; I mean it's practically canon now in people's opinion when it's literally never mentioned anywhere (except one wrong dub translation), and so I'm happy to have seen something different - Oh, and I know it's more of a detail, but I liked the fact that Kagome was more 'experienced' in a way than Inuyasha. Would have loved to read a longer lime about that, ahah
