Beckett was such a hypocrite she almost told Castle that she love him but passed out and behaves like it never happened and got back with Josh but here she was and castle was going in war but she couldn't tell him and she said that she would never hurt them. But she is always stringing a guy all along, she is so self centered that that she doesn't know how much she hurts Castle

Backett was ass in this whole story since Castle send LT to protect her. What the hell is matter with her that he broke her trust, you fucking bitch he saved your life and she says he broke her trust and what she was doing Lying this time because this time Castle told her on the phone when she was alive and heard well she couldn't give excuse for what she did. And what kind of crap you pulled from Canon, it's better you would have stopped right there or I would have known that you would pull Canon I would have stopped reading your Story

Backett deserves to be crying in front of his building, she always prefer her work to comes first and everyone else second even when she could have chosen to go to castle's first and hell Castle was going early and she promised to spend the Christmas night with Dr motorcycle boy. She always put Castle second every single fucking time. I'm not asking her to not to spend time with her bf but Castle's last day in NY before he get deployed and may never comes back and she chooses to spend her tomorrow night with Josh and go to crime scene before. She says she loves him and may not see him ever again but then also after Castle gone she told Josh that she would spend the night with him. Hypocrite.

As daughter of veteran who did not talk about his service, your stories fill in lots of gaps! Thanks for your well written and exciting work! Please think about continuing with your Castle stories as they are a highlight for your readers.

Overall, I have enjoyed this story, but was rather disappointed in this chapter, in that there was so much less of your original ideas and creativity and largely a rehash of canon episodes. That being said,if you do leave the fandom, I will miss your work.

That certainly covered a lot of time. I was surprised Rick didn't take retirement. So now he essentially has 3 jobs. The man works too much. Kate should make allowances for that, but of course she doesn't. I'm glad you used Martha's insight in this chapter.
