I can’t wait to see what while happen next with Sonaru. I love how she escaped and did all that reasonably, and how you managed to make her suffer in ways that wasn’t entirely physical and more mental and emotional, which are in many ways way worse than physical. I genuinely enjoyed even the darker parts because of the realism (as real as chakra and such can be) in this story. It’s a tasteful amount of agony and angst, along with perfectly reasonable amount of “fluff”. As far as I could tell, the suffering and pain that Sonaru had, and will, go through all had a purpose to further the story and character, and I love that. I’ll be looking forward to what you have next! (I’ve also read this fanfic more than once because it’s that good)

Rereading this fanfic and just so loved the Genma crush and family moments and oblivious smoking adult. Such great work. Really hope inspiration strikes and we get new chapters. Stay safe. thanks for all your hard work

Others might not enjoy this story, but I sure as hell do. It’s so deliciously dark and morally ambiguous. The characters are so three dimensional, it feels like you can reach out and touch them through the screen. I absolutely love the subtle depictions of Subaru’s mental instability the longer she stays with that insane ‘Kaa-San ’ of her’s.
I’m so glad Subaru finally got her ass out of there and hopefully she can navigate her way back to Konoha. Can’t wait for the next update! You’re doing great:)

This had me sitting up all night reading! I’ve enjoyed this story and was so excited for her escape. Very much felt like she was trapped inside a strange scientific concentration camp..? Got pretty dark. I can’t wait for her reunion with her family! Seriously we need some happiness thrown in there, eventually. Please update as soon as possible! Need to know what happens next :)

I’m not really sure what to think about this story to be honest with you it is a good twist on myself insert but I just feel like it’s just so much negativity after negativity and torture and things like that especially if it’s gonna have torture in it you might want to put a warning up it just seems like too much a little bit I don’t know if I’m going to continue to read this because it’s a little too heavy for me personally and really kind of sick and twisted in a way that I’m not comfortable with reading especially about children

Hey just a suggestion here, could you add a warning tag at the beginning of the story that there will be some kind of torture or experiments being done to children? Or about extreme depression and the like? Because at first I thought this will be a not so dark fic with just some of it at the beginning (Sona’s depression) but it went and did in the second part so...

The first part is really good, but the second.. I can’t handle it, I really can’t. You should’ve put a disclaimer at the beginning of the story that there will be things like experimenting on children/torture or some disturbing things, even if the first part doesn’t have it mostly. Please, please put one at the beginning? So there’ll be no one else that’ll regret reading a fic because there are no warning tags about the things they don’t want to read be inside on a fic they are going to read.

Though, I’ll give it to you that the way you write is very good as it describes things in great detail and did immerse me for some time...(until the second part which I majorly skipped because I can’t handle it, but I’m still curious about how will Sona end up so I kept pressing on) I hope this part of the story ends soon :”)

I'm giving this until Chapter 57. It was great at the 1st part. But, the 2nd part...i can't take it. It's sick and I think you have to move on from this part. I get it. Shes going through horrible experiences. But, this is too much for me.
