After reading the summary, I felt as though this story had that movie, "The Foreigner" vibe to it.

During flashback you wrote All-For-One when the quirk that izuku has is One-For-All. Also does the quirk One-For-All disappear without a new user or does it go back to Izuku. Just Wondering.

Besides some unneeded theatrics, I'd say this was a solid chapter. I will be awaiting the next installment
