   Twinkie Defense chapter 13 . 6/22 I am SO glad I found you and your amazing SM fics! It’s like the quarantine gods decided to (finally) take pity on us all and fill the void left behind by Alicia Blade. You are tremendously gifted at reviving the voices of these amazing characters, with a sense of pace and timing that simply cannot be taught. A couple of things I wanted to call out specifically. 1) The Slow Burn. YAS GIRL. Do this, always. You nailed it! Whomever advised you to try this out deserves a prize or a medal or a hug, at the very least. The action gave me just enough, but left me wanting more. 2) Drunk Girls (and Boy). Writing “drunk,” much like acting “drunk” is incredibly hard to make believable, but I swear to you, it was like my college years flashed before my eyes while reading your drunk scenes. I almost wanted to grab a glass and join them. Well done! 3) MORE! I’m off to read your AU challenge next, but for the love of all that is Mamoru’s abs, please write more AU multi-chapter fics! I sped through this one in a single sitting because I just couldn’t put it down! Can’t wait to read more! |
