What an adorable fluff. I had this huge grin on my face most of the time, although there are some more sirious parts. And they are well thought out. The two hands quip at the end? Oh my, it just screams of healing and hope. I need this verse to be true.
OK, so no reembodied Feanor. Ever? The funny thing is that his accepting the terms for his sons release prove that he's outgrown a good deal of his egotism and there actually IS hope for him.
And go on, laugh at me but know I'm thinking about language changes. You're right, everyday Valinorean Quenya of the late Third Age must be quite different from the scholarly Quenya of Middle-earth, same perhaps with Sindarin.

Oh, I'm so glad you decided to continue the storyline from Family Reunions! it took me a little longer than I expected to leave the review, but do believe me when I say I will comment in every story of yours as much as I can.

So, back to this story, I really really liked the fact that the Feänorions went to Elrond's house, instead of him going to visit them, at first, I imagined that will be the case, but the seven princes came all the way to see Elrond and his wife, and that just proves how impacient they are, as they probably were expect them much earlier, and when it was obvious Elrond wasn't going to show up in the near future, the seven just took the horses and rode, jajaja kind of funny now that I think of it. I also loved how they started to organize an outside dinner in the middle of the garden. Every one of them seems busy doing a task by their own, but also the fact that Maglor is so quiet, even with all his siblings being all noisy and cheerful, makes me a little sad, specially when Amrod is the one being close an triying his best to demostrate his love to his brother; and talking about Amrod, I felt my tears coming when you describe the way he doesn't understand the conversation because he doesn't know sindarin, and that reminded me of the Ships, and how lonely he actually was without his brothers, but speacially his twin, and Amras being miserable without him too (I remember the way you describe him in 'Reconciliation', and the other stories, he's always hiding behind a mask); at least Amrod could be released from the Halls much earlier and be in the company of his mother, Nerdanel must have been so happy and sad at the same time, but in the end she was able to get one son back (and all the others, but much later). And yes, talking about the twins bring up the issue with Elros... poor Elrond, he had to suffer a lot when it concerns his own family.

And lastly, I loved that conversation with Maedhros, I mean, Maedhros is starting to heal, and Elrond could see a little bit of joy, and of course the old Maedhros showed up, but now he can be sure that he and his brothers will be safe, and Elrond is happy to see him whole and reliving. Thanks for clarifying the Oath subject!

Nie dziwi mnie też specjalnie, że Feanora nie wypuszczono z Mandosu. Czy może będzie ciąg dalszy? Z jednej strony oswajający Maglora (końcówka tego opowiadania aż za bardzo prowokuje!), z drugiej prowadzący jakoś zawiło do wypuszczenia Feanora? Może?

No właśnie, pozwolę sobie spytać w końcu po przeczytaniu wszystkich Twoich opowiadań - czemu wybrałaś wersję, w której Amrod ginie, a nie tę z Silmarillionu?

This is so very nice as well. I enjoy seeing the brothers all reunited after everything. I loved seeing Elrond and Celebrían interacting with them.
Also nice that Nerdanel got one of her sons back "soon-ish" than the others.
And poor Elrond, with his not up to par Quenya. Though I think after spending all his life speaking mostly Sindarin, with people who spoke mostly Sindarin, it's not quite that surprising there's some language barrier...

I enjoyed this story My favorite character is back ,Maedhros and the rest is back as well.

Great to see a sequel to "Family Reunions" and this story is as enjoyable as that was. Despite all the terrible things the sons of Feanor did, I'm glad that they were all released from Mandos' Halls, especially the twins.
