I mostly liked this story. The romance was too fast I think. It just. Boom, kiss kiss fall in love.
The war part was good and I honestly thought that Harry’s birth would be found out and some big dramatic reveal. And instead. Nothing ever happened. Severus still became a teacher despite that being silly.
And finally the round about betrayal of Dumbledore was kinda meeeeeh. Immediately followed by exposition from Snape.
This story receives a B for romance. But a C for for plot.

Woah there, no need to delete this story. I mean we can read "Chronic" and look back at this to still enjoy that you are improving loads.

How is Slughorn still here? How was Voldemort giving orders to Severus, ordering Severus to work at Hogwarts? Isn't Voldemort lacking his body already?
How is Severus not knowing of James's death? Did Severus not overhear the prophecy? Is that why Lily is alive still, and Voldemort is alive as well?
Ah, James died way before prophecy. Fascinating.
So, Severus knows of James's death in the raid. Why does he expect Lily to be living with the Potter git?
I wonder why Lily and Severus leaked information to Petunia. Voldemort could find out from her.
I don't like Dr Finkley's prejudice.
Addiction to narcotics would be a terrible fate.

Good story, well written and it was a quick but good end. I believe it is just right the way it is. Thank you for sharing this story with us all. I enjoyed and appreciated the realistic approach on pain that can flare up in the body that has no real cure much less cause. It was a different take to how things are set up (I am trying not to give anything away) and loved the cliffhangers and twists. I absolutely enjoyed it. It did seem fast or a little rushed in the end But altogether it is perfect as is. No complaints and everything was just rightly balanced. Thanks again. Look forward to new stories.
