nicbec chapter 3 . 2/25/2019
Reiko’s quirk doesn’t let her make illusions, instead it lets her telekineticly manipulate objects close to her, with the weight of around “one persons” weight!
Fochun chapter 7 . 7/17/2018
Great story! I got bored so I read this while waiting for the next chapter of The Power Of Five.
GotTheMovesLikeYaegar chapter 7 . 7/1/2018
Entirely unrealistic outcome.
FlimFlam3 chapter 7 . 7/1/2018
Fantastic pace at action scenes. The characterization of the diferent students was spot-on. The way you worked the diferents strategies of both teams showed lots of thinking and made for a great rollercoaster of a tale, with tons of fun surprises every corner.

Well done!
fencer29 chapter 7 . 7/1/2018
Full credit to Tsuburaba for an "outside of the box" solution to rising flood waters. Wonder if he could harden enough air to form a path to higher ground, similar to Todorki's ice bridges?

A little disappointed with Nezu (and the staff as a whole) for delaying start of the evacuation, even if it was for no more than three minutes. While a slight delay in issuing the evacuation order to the students might not have made had much impact (it probably took at least three minutes for any of the teachers to reach the students) as soon as the teachers became aware of the new threat I would have expected them to immediately switch from watching the exam to preparations for evacuation/rescue (one of the first steps being the formation of impromptu teams, similar to what thee expected the students to do as part of their exam). Only once all the students were known to be safe should Nezu have allowed attention to turn back to who won which bets.
fencer29 chapter 6 . 6/25/2018
You'll have to explain how Midoriya made up to the fourth floor of headquarters. Did he charge through everyone (more Bakugo's style, but Midoriya has proven before that's he's not above copying others moves)? Bounce back and forth between the walls of headquarters and an adjacent building (as he did when first learning under Gran Torino)? Climb to the roof of an adjacent building then simply leap across the gap (hopefully Yaoyorozu wasn't looking out the windows just as he came crashing in)? Or did he simply call for Rapunzel to let down her air, at which point Yaoyorozu would oblige (although most likely with a rope rather than her own hair)?
Bonzenz chapter 6 . 6/25/2018
I’m sorry I’m kid of confused on this one is this their first year final exam? Or what?
17konbro chapter 5 . 6/24/2018
This is actually going really well. About as well as I'd expect an all out war between two Super-Powered Classrooms to go.
Guest chapter 5 . 6/22/2018
A little hard to follow the battle sequence this time, although part of that may come from a lack of familiarity with most of the students from Class 1-B.

A little disappointed that Yaoyorozu let herself be taken from behind like she did. Next time she'll consider the possibility of someone attacking from outside, either coming in through a window (as they did) or down through the roof and either prepare appropriate defenses or look to attack that way.

Also, hopefully she'll be able to wash that glue out of hair easily enough once this is all over - otherwise Bondo might find himself facing not only one angry teenage girl, but most of the other girls from both classes are likely to sympathize with her (including Kendo).

As far as how Momona 'lost' Class B's flag (along with all those prisoners) - I'm guessing he never saw it coming.
fencer29 chapter 3 . 6/19/2018
Nice battle scene. However Ashido did make one MAJOR mistake (and I'm not talking about leading her team into a trap - she may have spotted the bait but it was Bakugo and Kirishima who rushed in). In her desperate rush to rescue her teammates she neglected to inform anyone else about the ambush (something she should have done before leaving that rooftop). Had her rescue attempt failed her entire team would have been captured and none of other teams would be aware that Class B was waiting to ambush them. Even if Aizawa doesn't fail her for this she can expect a major reaming (although at least he probably won't go so far as to throw out his usual thread - had her counterattack not been successful she would have been expelled).
fencer29 chapter 2 . 6/15/2018
An enjoyable story. It will be interesting to see how you go about dealing with class 1-B, given how little is know about many of its members (in many cases little more than their name and the name of their quirk).

Of course there are a few nits:

1. Why would Mineta bother trying to stick himself to one of the girls beds - about the only thing his balls don't stick to is himself, and everyone else knows that (on the other hand Uraraka's approach to dealing with the problem was probably wise - any other approach would have risked ending up with someone else stuck to the mattress).

2. Why are there only 13 beds in the boy's room when there are 14 boys in Class 1-A? Did Nezu figure he could cut cost by assuming that Midoriya would stay awake the entire time (or when he did sleep, so so in the command room - as he and Uraraka actually did)? Or did he figure that all Todoroki needed was a futon that he could spread out on the floor?

3. Finally - someone who recognizes one of Hagakure's greatest weaknesses! Even with Todoroki as a portable heater, that girl must have really thick skin to be able to run around all the time wearing nothing more than shoes and gloves - makes me wonder if she keeps a spare warm-up suit in her hero-costume suitcase to wear when she's not working in stealth mode?. (for the record, another major weakness would be the difficulty anyone coming to her aid would have finding her if she were injured or unconscious - as I recall when she and Jiro were knock unconscious during the summer training camp assault she was easy enough to find, but that was because she was wearing shorts and a t-shirt).

4. While Yaoyorozu is certainly among their best strategist, and as you've pointed out, Bakugo is not a complete and total idiot (even if his normal response to any problem is to rush in and attack), Iida seems unusually passive throughout that entire planning session. With Youyorozu taking charge of defenses back at the home base, I would expect him to be act more like a field commander, working to coordinate the three search and attack teams (not that Bakugo listen, but that's because he simply doesn't like taking orders from anyone).

5. Speaking of coordinating the different teams - have they been provided with communications equipment or is Yaoyorosu expected to make that as well? While the average hero on patrol seems to rely on their phone to report incidents and to otherwise contact the police radios and headsets would make more sense when working as coordinated teams.
FlimFlam3 chapter 2 . 6/14/2018
Very good chapter, the second one. I liked your characterization, the way you portrait Mineta and Bakugou is particularly solid. Your pace is also very good.

I am enjoying a lot this tale
fencer29 chapter 1 . 6/14/2018
It's a good thing Nezu is the principle of UA because he can be as evil as any villain.

Will Aizawa be shipping Class 1-A their hero costumes or is he expecting Yaoyorozu to work overtime to make everyone new ones? (which by the way, aren't made out of thin air but rather from her own body's fat cells)
