Wonderful. I'm sick of stories where the female main character is a cringing victim or a damsel in distress. Sometimes when animals are cornered they fight viciously to survive. Women can do the same if they can overcome their social conditioning. This was very satisfying to read.

I might not comment as much as I used to but that doesn't mean I've started caring less about the fic, I just kinda ran out stuff to say without repeating previous comments word for word.

Quick note, if you weren't already aware; the term "corset" wouldn't really come into use until the end of the 18th century, that garment was instead called a "stay." So while it makes sense that Blue would use the term as it's a common mistake with modern folks, people of the era would call them stays. Aaaahhh, so refreshing to get an eagerly awaited update to this fic. Coronavirus has been HELL. This has been such a shitty year, my precious cat of 6 years was freaking killed during lockdown, no joke its been the worstIts great to see you're alive kicking. How ironic is is that you got bronchitis tho? Has 2020 been cursed or something? Anyway, wishing you well with the job problems (same over here ugh), and take your time and don't stress too much about updating, it's hard for us all at the moment with all the craziness going on.

Also dat cliffhanger, doe. I'm gonna be in suspense waiting to see what all the fuss is about with salazar's behaviour lol.
