Ooh, I like this :) A nicely written story, I would say. I am stoked for continuation. Please, make sure to have the Yanks to fight hard for their victory. Granted, they are technologically far more advanced than the Imperials, but the US Army facerolling Imps is rather dull and maybe a little boring to read. Let's see what happens in Barious Desert. You know, Batomys and Selvaria. The tank may not be as frightening to the US troops, but the Valkyria on the other hand...

- I just realized this now but shouldn't the presence of teenage and especially female soldiers raise eyebrows if not shock the Americans? They also would definitely be creeped out by Jann and nonplussed and suspicious of Dallas. They are from 1946 after all, an entire task force being progressive and enlightened is really pushing it.

Nice chapter, yet I can see some flaws in here.

1st) I'm not sure what kind of a Sherman was being hit by a Lancer, if it's a Wet Storage this Tank won't light up as usual unlike the Sherman myth. Also, only most of the Majority of American Shermans Tanks are equipped with Wet Storage after 1943 when they inspected how their Tank lighted up was not the cause of Engine but dry Ammunition. Sometimes, Dry Ammunition inside a Sherman don't light up because they were very low volatile.

2nd) Tank's don't blow up with their turrets flying, an AP hitting a dry ammunition shell inside a Tank will only lit up the Tank on fire, if chances are high, and does not have the power to do that, only Demolition Teams carrying 100 kilograms of TNT and placed it inside a Tank can do that, a German 88mm can only puncture a Sherman Armor but cannot destroy and disfigure an entire Tank with a single shot. In history, the Sherman is one of the most safest Tank throughout WW2 with the lowest Tank casualties on Sherman Tanks. If a Sherman Tank was powered by a Ragnite, the result will be the same like other Tanks of the Valkyrian World.

3) I would like to know why the American Soldiers aren't yet equipped .30-06 M1 Ball AP Rounds, those usually were meant to pierce thick reinforced wooden walls of European houses and lightly armored vehicles. After American GI's and Tankers did met the Imperial Lancers, the curious US Soldiers would have tested their how their guns would pierce Imperial Heavy armor used on Lancers at range, under 50-80 Yards.
