Dude, I have to tell ya, it’s been an absolute PLEASURE reading this. This might be my favorite Breakfast Club fic I’ve ever read. So well done. It can be hard to capture Bender sometimes but you did it perfectly. I really mean it when I say it’s outstanding. John and Dustin are adorable as hell. Hope you update one day soon!

The way that the plot from the movie is tied into this chapter is masterful. Very beautifully written and truly touching.

Girl, by updating this fic you made my (overall shitty and exhausting) day. And wow, you really took me by surprise-the Claire and Bender exchange... I didnt see that coming, her admitting she had been looking for him and being so open about her being attracted to him was well done. But most of all I like your Bender - you may follow some tropes from other fics (guitar playing, respect for quality cars, manual skills) but still youre able to make him "yours"-chivalrous, loyal, growi g up and becoming John instead being Bender. Thousands of kudos for you!

Another great chapter! I like how John is slowly becoming friends with Allison and Brian. The Dustin and John scenes are cute. Please post as often as you like because I'm so into this story. Once again great chapter and writing!

As for me, you could do daily updates of this fic, it's soooo good and getting better with each chapter. That part with Dustin calling John dad broke my heart a little bit. I also loved the bonding between Bender and Allison, its similar to their dynamics in your Snoblind fic which is my favourite. Keep writing!

Ok, so now I'll be waiting impatiently not only for "Between us" updates, but also for this one... Not good, girl, not good at all. You put me in a great misery, lol. But seriously speaking, I've been wondering recently what would happen if John was raised in different family, in different circumstances and different possibilities. How would his life be? How would he be as a person? What traits would he have? How would he act? Would he ace school tests as he is very intelligent? Would he be still sarcastic yet more calmed about himself? And then this ff goes along. Let's talk about the mind reading;) Anyway, I loved it, as always. I can't wait to see how things will be going for John in his new life. How will his dynamics with aunt and nephew be played out... and of course, how will you arrange his meeting with Claire and how their relation develop. Great job at making me wonder all those things! 3 Looking forward for more!
