Absolutely perfect opportunity to show off how good their specialists are with Demolition. (Hayato's bombs? He'd be delighted to help his Captain with this ...travesty of a mess.) Need a true expert in how major building Demolition is best done, for maximum rubble and minimum outward collateral damage. Get the targets all in the building, have it rigged just right without them catching on? Then,
BOOM.
Crunch.
A large, neat pile of rubble and some blood, and very likely few if any survivors, certainly none in any condition to be escaping if the Brotherhood are prepared properly to surround them.
i/That/i is when explosives mastery has it's uses in Assassination.

Of course, it would probably be best if they rigged things further, like with lacing all of the cleaning agents stored in the building ahead of time with slow-building contact poisons so that as many of the surfaces as possible are laced and thus contaminating anyone inside. I'd thought for a moment of piping in gases through the heating/cooling systems, but that might come out in big poofs of clouds as the building comes down, and that could be dangerous even if it was a nonlethal cocktail like ones meant as sedatives.
Hm, maybe not outright poisons, the kind that would be prepared to be wary of. Perhaps something more innocuous seeming, that would only slow their reaction times down a bit as it builds up in their systems, or speeds up bleeding when wounded, or prevents clotting? That sort of thing might be more discreet, and also less resistant-built because they have uses in medicine that are important. In combination with the building coming down, such mild afflictions can become deadly, enhancing the odds of not a one escaping alive.

I suppose a Storm or two might be able to shield themselves well enough from the debris as it collapses, but would they manage the control in the spilt seconds needed, with or without the drugging? Would they have the control to disintegrate foreign compounds in their bloodstreams safely, or do so subconsciously? (I've seen Flame-theory that posits the reason in-Alliance Medical is so damn important is partially because Active Flames influence things like interfering with how medicines work on the body in question, thus requiring specialized research and inventing/adjusting. Storms burning through sedatives and other things faster than normal, doing so naturally, is one common possibility. As is Lightnings not absorbing medicines as intended because they are resisting the "foreign", hardening their cells against intruders. Makes for a killer immune system, though. Both could apply here.)
