I actually wanted Rajah to paired with Ruby

Okay, having read this far two things; what is the point of Rajah even being in this school? And why did he even go thru the initiation if he wasnt going to get a partner (obviously)?

He is so ridiculously overpowered there is nothing for him to learn from any of the teachers. His argument with Glynda didn't even make sense about the kids learning from experience vs the Grimm.

I'm liking how things are going so far.

(Rajah might have saved Ruby at the last minute, but I don't know if that'll happen again...)

Not to mention I still don't know who-or what-are the most dangerous beasts if Grimm aren't.

To be fair, this character is FAR too OP. Legit, the entire character is bullshit crazy.
OC Rating: 1/10. It's poor, too poor. A tiger versus a pack of wolves? A dozen wolves would DEMOLISH a Tiger. Sure, it'd survive a few minutes, but it would most likely end up with the wolves winning. Also, this character's rage is practically bullshit. I'm sorry, but I need to swear to make it possible to compare.

The OC is the WORST part of the story. Also, the backstory makes zero sense. Summer Rose's death was by Grimm, but this character seems to know who Summer is, and Summer was a huntress sent to him most likely. This DEFINITELY should have killed Summer as you stated before that all those who opposed this insane character died. R.I.P common sense.

I mean, sure, I'm still interested, but I honestly wish these types of characters never existed, they're completely uninteresting.

Now, a way to improve this would be to distance this character's power to his personality and making his actual power LEGIT hellfire, which as someone once kindly stated before, will actually help you. Another way to improve was to make that the character's believable. He's in NO WAY more intimidating than Salem, you'd practically ruin the story as there is NO way this is meant to be, as his personality makes it seem like he has some bullshit goal to kill EVERYTHING. You also made it sound like he was an actual animal.

Which leads me to the conclusion. When you have something like this, an insane animal, there's no way to pacify it. Your story still is decent with plot, the relation to Summer made me question what she was to him, and you did a great way of "introducing" Ozpin to a Tyrian level maniac.

okay, I honestly don't mind an OP character but... 70x the heat of the surface of the sun? that's 392000 C, not only would it melt literally anyone in the city just by it existing but it would melt like everything else around it as well... Glynda wouldn't sweat so much as she would begin feeling parts of her body dripping down her face because of the sheer temperature.

The rest is fine, really edgy but I've read worse, and your grammar is fine, I haven't seen too many mistakes on that front, but for the sake of this Remnant's continued existence, please go back and change this temperature to something that wouldn't destroy the world if maintained for more than a couple minutes, maybe Hellfire? said to consume all that it touches but no official heat so you can still claim it possible?
