some stories are 'easy', they WANT to be written, and wont let you rest until they are.
Other stories just aren't, each chapter is difficult, each paragraph is a struggle.
But those are the ones that, in the end NEED to be put out there. The ones that inspire, or see some 'great wrong' addressed, or merely begin something that grows.
I don't know if this is one such, but I suspect it might be.
But, as in all things, it is up to you to decide if the Task is worth the effort.

Why hasn't McGonagal (for one) summoned the DMLE ... or is she so far gone with the "Albus always knows best" that she will allow this atrocity to be swept under the carpet even when it has been made plain that this murder came about due to He Who Beleives His Own Bullshit's meddling ?

Crocodile tears on the part of Bumbles ? Had he wiped out the Dursley's then AK'd himself then there was at least some remote semblance of atonement but he did nothing. Frankly the story should've ended with his wrinkly malodourous arse being thrown through the Veil with maximum force.

good chapter, just because the MC is a ghost doesn't mean you still can't have him be central to the story.

Ok we picked up on the dreadful fate of Harry potter, and to add hummer into the mix try giving peeves a back ground, work on his character some. Was peeves always a joker? Will he bring Harry out of his shell? Is peeves like Harry in a way, does he too have a history? Will they equal each other out? What of the other ghosts? Will they teach the boy corporal casting (think ghost busters)?
Work on character development in the next few chapters and see what looks good for you. Other than that it's a really good start working on Severus and Albus. Another question is will the dark lord play a part in this? With Harry out of the picture dumbledor's plans go up in smoke. If peeves takes Harry under his wing it would that make them like brothers? Think weasley twins in incorporeal forms.

Good story i really like it. Ghost ! Harry is so heartbreaking and sad. I don't
think that Harry should be comedic in any way, because he's too
damaged on that. But if you need any more ideas i have few, if you
want use them. I think that Harry should become friends like Grey Lady
, Moaning Myrtle and Fat Friar. Friar because he is warm and caring, and
Myrtle because she probably would be understanding, because she had to go
through bullying and cruel teasing like Harry. And she could forget her own misery.

And Grey Lady could be maybe other motherfigure Harry.
Also it would be interesting to see Quirrell's / Voldemorts reaction to
Harry being ghost.

Ah Dumbledore, the ultimate hypocrite.
He says family is so important yet look at how he treated his brother and sister, like dirt beneath his feet.
He dumped Harry on people he didn't know, without even the courtesy of asking.
He now breaks laws left and right by breaking into their home, refusing to leave when told, casting spells on them and lastly. mental rape.
All with no authority to do so as he's not a law enforcement officer.

Amazing how upset magicals get if a magical child is hurt, yet I'd bet they wouldn't even raise an eyebrow at the many muggle children or adults are tortured, raped or killed every day by witches and wizards. Hypocrites.
