A good story.

Why are your chapters so short? And Dumbles is most definitely evil. Evil comes in many forms and his is a sugar coated, half blind, ignorant slime-ball that doesn't know right from wrong if it bit him in the face and did the tango with Fawkes on his desk.

You know, if you have to confirm that Dumbles isn't evil, usually means he is. But I shall reserve judgement until I finish.

Poor Harry. The canon Harry doesn't really get into the emotional and psychological issues that WOULD have been there for a child who went through what Harry went through. Yes, he was quick to anger and emotional in the fifth book, but it really didn't hit at the issues. You definitely poke at those issues in your stories.

This Dumbles is intersting. Not inherently bad but sees only what he wants to see. Im glad the head out houses and hogwarts are protecting the students. Harry doesnt have to go back to the Durselys, yay. Write on!

Yes! Sentient Hogwarts for life! I love this, and the gentle sarcasm Snape uses with Harry melts my heart - let me tell you. I have a weak point for a father-like Snape with Harry as his son - it's a problem I have.
Anyway, this was perfectly written and I noticed it was a bit longer too! I love it and please keep it up :D
