Embry is so beyond selfish! He was finding out if his baby was going to have a disability and did not turn up. I understand imprinting is a big deal - but he easily could give up an hour or two to support the mother of his child. And even after she called him out he still waited a month before coming! I would put zero effort with him if I was Autumn and my baby would definitely just have my last name.

Even when she finds out about imprinting I hope she doesn't fully forgive him as that is no excuse. He is looking like a deadbeat dad and if I was her I would tell him that I am tempted to keep his name off the Birth certificate and he would, therefore, have zero rights. She does not need him to sign rights over as they are not married and by keeping him off he would have no legal rights at all. That would hopefully knock some sense into him.

Sorry for ranting! He has just seriously annoyed me - it is a sign of good writing when a reader gets this passionate and emotional!

Great chapter! I like how Autumn is giving Embry the third degree about not being available for things concerning their baby. She's not settling orr taking his crap that he's so busy with his new girlfriend. Either he co-parents with her or sign his rights away. Good for her! The situation with her mother is shaky but forgivable. Autumn just needs time to heal from her mother's betrayal for keeping a huge secret that she has a twin sister who was given up for adoption.

I have loved this story so so much! I can't believe Embry just practically ditched her all of a sudden but as she was going into Sam and Emily's I knew that was going to happen. I'm loving her friendship with Paul and I loved that she kissed him at New Year's. I'm looking forward to seeing how their relationship blooms. Also, I know they have avoided the subject of the imprint but I'm wondering how she will take the information when she learns and if she will put the pieces together with her and Paul! I can't wait to read more! Please update again soon!
