I’d say you can leave the story untouched, aside from that last bit, I think it’s fine as is.

the USJ would be similar because if you add that class 1B joins them he would still be stuck on the boat unable to reach land and forced to watch everyone else fight. with more students you can say it was delayed enough for the heroes to arrive, but more people are injured and they would probably be more openly upset about Deku being there because he couldn't help. the tournament arc i think he would make it to cavalry, but lose by being too aggressive with Bakugou. He would not save Iida and Todoroki would still be against fire because he never fought Deku who in this version would be pissed off in the side lines that Todoroki has a quirk and doesn't use it because that's what Deku wanted for so long, but never had while Todoroki is not using it purely out of spite. He doesn't even try to help Iida because they aren't friends in this version. He wouldn't get an internship because nobody wants a quirkless sidekick even if he made it to and did well in the tournament.

Honestly, i like you decision to put him in Vlad’s class. Aizawa always seemed hypocritical. One suggestion fir the whole stain issue is if Izuku does well in the Tourneyn Stain seeks him out to speak with the Quirkless Wonder” . Iida sees them talking and things spiral out from there.

I agree with people that you just have to redo the last bit at the end of chap 9. This fic is good the way it is!

I like how things were going, and was hoping to see everything from 1-b but whatever, aside from that never be afraid to kill off a character, I feel many authors don't want to or are afraid to do so, but sometimes it fits more or just works

For the sake of your own story, take a look at the end of this chapter, and then rewrite it into something where Izuku doesn't spontaneously decide to spill one of the biggest secrets of the decade.

You haven't done any major characterization changes or developments to Izuku that would warrent that kind of carelessness shown at the end, and I see no reason for him to even elaborate the truth, instead of fabricating some sort of lie to cover up his blunder, especially since he was just getting insulted by part of that group of people. Also, "I won't tell anyone your secret" who?

This story honestly has a lot of potential, and you've avoided many of my pet peeves when it comes to MHA FFs, but the end of this chapter CAN break your story. Suffice to say, I want this story to flourish, but in the end that's in your hands.

You know, I saw many quirkless!Deku fics but i was never realy satisfied by them. These fics show Izuku still as jumpy and shy person. There is nothing wrong with that but i secretly hoped that Izuku shows some true anger in these fics.
Thats why I already love this fanfiction of your and I hope you will keep on writing it.

Okay, hold on a minute. Aizawa in this chapter bugged me and maybe part of your characterization of him, but technically invisible girl, Mineta, Eraserhead, Stain aren't that different from quirkless whenyou take away their quirks that aren't physical enhancing types. Like take his erasure, Stain's bloodcurdle, Invisigirls invisibility, Mineta's hair balls, then they aren't that special. And if Someone like Aizawa and Stain who was emitter type can achieve that kind of physical condition then I don't see why a quirkless person cannot do it too.
