Guest chapter 16 . 5/15 Great update! |
CF2 chapter 16 . 5/11 Very happy to see a new chapter. It was a good one. While I would of loved for Oliver to go with Kara,in your story it made sense for why he didn't. Can't wait to see them back together though. Glad you're continuing this fic. |
Nomad1714 chapter 15 . 5/11 Yes thank you for not having J’onn disarm the DEO. How can you have confidence in your leadership if they don’t give you every tool available to get the job done and be able to come home to your family. That includes both lethal and nonlethal options. I’m sure DEO agents would feel much like I do. I own a gun for self-defense but I’ve never had to pull it and I hope I never do. I hope it just remains an expensive paperweight that I wear on my hip. But I would rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it. (can’t put it on chapter 16 said I reached the reply limit for that chapter Ha ha ha.) |
kyzen06 chapter 16 . 5/10 Glad you're back and I cant wait to see what's next |

Anonymous chapter 16 . 5/10 Congratulations on your job! I'm so happy you are back, and I'm very grateful you did not abandon this story. Your update made my day! I definitely am still reading and looking forward to your stories. I completely agree with you on the Supergirl episode's poor handling of the gun control debate in the context of the DEO. If the aliens the DEO encounters on a daily basis are attacking the DEO agents using lethal means, then the DEO agents should have lethal means available to them in case their non-lethal weapons are insufficient. I enjoy when authors are able to fix the mistakes/poor choices of canon like you did here. This outcome is much more logical. I'm glad Oliver knocked some sense into J'onn. I enjoyed Oliver's thoughts/self-introspection about what makes him a good leader. Given how hard Oliver trains his recruits before he lets them out on the street, he absolutely wants to make sure they are armed with all of the skills and weapons necessary for them to survive. I love how well-integrated Evelyn is now into the team. She has come so far since the beginning of this story. Do you accept prompts? If yes, since Father's Day is coming up soon (at least where I live): would you be willing to write a family scene of Evelyn and William surprising Oliver for Father's Day with something? Bonus points if Kara is back from Argo ;) I would also love to see Thea! What are Thea and Roy up to now? Can't wait for the next chapter! |
Guest chapter 16 . 5/10 VERY GOOD. MORE. MORE OLIVER AND EVELYN, PLEASE. |
