I absolutely adored this whole story! Amazing idea, very nicely written, loved the characters (expecially Theo). Really really good. The only note I have is that dialogue sometimes feels repetitive. For example in the first part of the story, they often talk about death and the future.. And that's it. I would have loved a few dialogues that showed them really getting to know each other, telling stories, asking questions, talking about the war, or some intellectual subject. But that's about it, thanks for writing it! It was a treat!

I was drawn in by the summary, but there are a few things I find off about this. First of all, a "witch" doctor ought to be a woman, no? Secondly, it's unlikely that Hermione would be so pig-headed in the face of danger. I suppose it can be attributed to the fact that her parents are of great importance, but it's quite OOC to have her pressing on without heeding the dangers, because if anything happens to her then she'd never get her parents' memories back. I'd wager she'd try to negotiate or find a loophole in the Witch Doctor's claims, since she is quite smart. Simply yelling that the doctor must know and must help her... not like Hermione at all. She'd use her brain more than that.

What a wonderful story! I absolutely love the uniqueness of it. I’m always on the look out for a good story with different themes and this one hit all the marks! Thank you so much!
