Yay! I love all your Demon!Wes fics! This one is especially sweet though. First impressions are always really important and I like that you showed such a wide variety of different reactions to Wes. Jonelle and Kendall's first impression stories especially made me laugh. Very in-character. I love imagining Kendall just threatening them with a little water pistol to protect her computers. And Jonelle is appropriately eager to dig up information, too. Oh, the scene with the Captain was good, too. Nice description of the office, and I loved that line "Wes has never felt more on edge in his entire existence. And he's been in Hell." Captain Sutton was very in-character, and I like that he picked out the pro bono thing. I think he picked up more about Wes than Wes intended and you let us know with only a few lines here and there. I also love that Wes was unknowingly jealous of a dog. To be fair, Travis is right, you just can't compete with a dog. Can't be done. Too bad Wes and dogs don't get along well. I would 100% hate it if I couldn't hang out with dogs :( On the topic of dogs, the way you write Travis makes me think of, like, a Golden Retriever. Maybe not a Golden Retriever, though. Something that also has a more serious side and a stronger protective streak...like a Rottweiler/Retriever mix, or a cute Boxer mix, lol. Anyway, love your stories, love your characters.
