these last two chapters had me crying no matter how hard I tried. it was emotional and heartbreaking to see how affected happy Luffy was from what happened. The fact that Luffy even knowing who Shanks is still wasn't convinced and reassured speaks volumes of how affected Luffy and his brothers are.

I have no words to describe how incredibly good this story was. What a ride! From the characters to their interactions with each other, everything was consistent throughout the entirety of the fanfic, I loved each and every chapter and couldn’t wait for more each time! I binge read this whole fanfic, and I’m sure I’ll re-read it many more times. I’ve never read a fanfic so complete and so long! 100 chapters is no easy feat! I can’t say enough how amazing this experience was, loved the ASL brothers of course, and loved the Whitebeards too! Really want a sequel to see the Strawhats!
