I like how this story sets out. It could be about anything to do with them three, but it is around the time of the cave incident; I love how the want to think it's all fine, yet they both know it's not.
I could not see anything wrong and I enjoyed reading it!

i can't really say much about this, because to me it was perfect! i like how you portrayed their relationship and their worry about Regulus. it makes me want to know more about them, especially how they interact with Sirius (seeing as we know that they had a difficult time with their younger son). well done!

Tiggs, this is superb! I love love love how you portrayed Orion and Walburga; and the whole scene is so alive and yet delicate and yet vibrant, it's just so real! I love their reactions to Regulus' absence. You just can feel they care in their own way. The touches of the forgotten wand and the dismissed parchment were just so beautiful and heartbreaking and so very telling, all the more so because you managed to create such an atmosphere in which you can foretell what's going to happen (you *know* what's going to happen), and yet you still cling to hope. Because they're wrong but they're still parents... And it hurts so much! Really, this is perfection!

There's just something about Orion and Walburga, isn't there? Alright, but this. is. perfect! There's no other way to put it! The scene is vividly set and the characterization is so spot-on it's scary. I swear you brought me directly to Grimmauld Place with this. I just love how you managed to make the atmosphere both detached and heartbreaking at the same time! Stunning job!
