Funnily enough... in X-Men First Class (the movie) Lucas Till plays Havoc, a man who can shoot lasers from his chest. I don't know if that was a not so subtle hint in the chapter but just thought I would give my 2 cents

Oh, how good it is to have a story from you. I love these Jack and Mac centered pieces so much. The talk of super heroes and super powers alone was superb, but I loved the subtlety in Mac's insecurity and the way Jack instinctively knew the way to show him he wasn't going anywhere. That they were together for the long haul. I could read these stories of them together all day long. Thank you for sharing, and you and Objessions make an awesome team.

Oh my gosh! I love it! This is so good. I went and read Game on and then came back here to read this one, I loved them both. I really enjoy reading Afghanistan Jack and Mac, I'd love to read more. Perhaps Jack's Op? With something going wrong and Mac finding out? It'd be a really cool role switch up with Mac worrying about/mother henning Jack for once. It'd help them grow closer and become a more reciprocal relationship, then always Jack look out for/protecting?worrying about Mac.

Either way I hope I get to read more Army/Afghanistan Jack and Mac. Keep up the amazing work! :P

I absolutely LOVE your GI Mac and Jack stories, don't know how Ive missed some of these (spent some of my afternoon sneak reading a couple of your others at work yesterday, sshh dont tell the boss, lol. )

Wow and Impressive are two words that come to mind after reading them. Your characterizations of Mac and Jack are spot one, and their banter is just so "them." And your own characters that you have created to form the Delta Unit are so well rounded, I care for them and want to see and know what happens to them as much as I do for Mac and Jack.

Then there is the military and mission side of things. And just, Wow. That is an incredible amount of research, and skill, to be able write those scenes as realistically as you do, I feel right in the middle of the action.

Great job. Can't wait to read more about our Boys adventures in the Sandbox.

PS- by any chance do you take requests for stories ideas? I was rewatching MacJack last night after reading one of your fics and one came to me.

Thanks for posting another story. Absolutely love reading your G.I. Stories. You have nailed both characters and the banter. This was different too your usual story and stuck more to the tv series. Even though I loved it i did miss your original delta boys. And the length too long?! Are you kidding me, no such thing as one of your stories being too long. Can't wait for more.
