The chapter 1 is really really stupid...

First, some hardcore introduction about him being cool and shit having two gf blah blah blah and has a super youkai dad who kill 10 of high class devil then die anyway. then a mom whose super hardcore human that could contend with his dad but killed by 12 fallen who just came for fun and only manage to kill 3... (seriously wtf)

Then some discussion between rias and sona. About some disturbance in their territory but got scoffed of by sona cause apparently talking about reviving a dying person and adding them to their peerage is more important than abnormality in their territory

Then the supposed to be one of the kind badass dude self proclaim badboy among student body got beaten up black and blue by a fallen who he himself seek and provoke cause he planned to eliminate it. Made excuses being exhausted and shit because of a after school club training (which seems to be more exhausting than his training with his super strong parents) and then got ignored by rias cause apparently the sacred gear detecting tech no longer work and that naruto is simply not abnormal enough to be noticed despite being the most bad boy guy of the whole school..

Decent start so far, but i gotta say Rias was quite ooc. She is a bit selfish yes, i mean there is no denying she allows issei to die, but she is a devil after all. She is definitely not one to look down on others and act all high and mighty tho. So well i could believe that she could simply be unable to revive naruto due to lack of pieces. I don’t believe she is the type to look down and insult a dying man pinned to a tree.
